helpful staff excellent room size well designed room springy mattress missing fridge broken window

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was an excellent size and well designed. The bathroom was also a GREAT size. The food for both breakfast and the evening meal was very good.

The mattress felt springy and uncomfortable. There was no fridge in the room either. The window was also broken (that was a shame).

fantastic city stay

friendly staff breakfast buffet exposed brick great location

the staff were friendly and quickly addressed any needs i had. the breakfast buffet included many hot and cold options (especially the scrambled eggs). i loved the hotel's decor, with exposed brick and wood beams that provided lots of character. the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants.

the room's soundproofing was not great. i could hear conversations from the adjacent room.

the staff was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned that guests enjoyed their stay. i received a room upgrade that provided a comfortable experience. the bar service was quick and attentive.

musty rooms nonchalant housekeeping

breakfast was nice and the room had a great size.

housekeeping seemed not bothered at all. the rooms smelled musty even after reporting it. our keys also stopped working before the check-out time.
